Your holiday villa in the heart of Tuscany, just 6km away from San Gimignano. A luxury property immersed in the natural beauty of Chianti’s hills featuring ample indoor and outdoor spaces, private pools, panoramic balconies with spectacular view. With a skilful and conservative renovation, owners gave life to this large villa which still preserves the original architectural features, with terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams. Our guests find here rest and peace in a wonderful landscape away from the hustle, but very close to all main services, just 10 minutes away by car The villa's garden surrounds and embraces the accommodation on all sides. Filled with fruit trees and aromatic plants, it houses in the centre the beautiful private swimming pool of size 7x14 mt. At guests' disposal there are also a ping pong table and a large parking space.

- To go ahead with the booking a 30% deposit payment is required, via bank transfer or credit card
- You’ll be asked to pay the balance 45 days before the check-in
- In case of reservations made in the 30 days before the check-in, you’ll be required to go ahead with the total payment of the booking (non-refundable)
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before the check-in
- If you cancel in the 29 days before arrival date, the cancellation fee corrisponds to the total price of the reservation
- No refund will be released in case of early departure compared to the check out date confirmed during the booking process
- In case of unexpected events, guests will be able to reschedule their stay to another date/season, by paying only any price differences between the new date and the one initially booked
- We always recommend you to take out a travel insurance
